Here is a topic that I wondered about for years. 'Is it possible to enlarge your penis?' Well, apparently the answer is yes.
Here's the thing, probably 95% of all men have thought about this. A crazy percentage of men feel insecure about the size of their penis, and it doesn't matter how large they are compared to other men. And if so many men think about it, why shouldn't we talk about it? If people talked about it when I was younger, it could have saved me a lot of anguish.

I really don't know if you can get a way with doing just 1. What I do know is that doing all 3 works. I would think that all 3 are important for the full affect.

That is correct, hold for 10 sec. and do it 20 times. And I don't think that I did the towel part, so no you don't have to do it, but you might get even better results if you do... MIGHT!

I did do it, but stopped a long time ago. I did it for about 2 or 3 months and you can check out vlog 3 for the details.
I have also seen things that say that it doesn't work. That's why I posted this. I figure that there are a lot of guys curious about it and either people are saying that it doesn't work without trying it, or it only works for some people. Either way, guys should know that it works quite well, at least for some people.
Clearly I have nothing to gain by saying either way. And probably have more to loose by talking about it at all. :-)

You do all three of the exercises 6 days a week and count each day you actually do the exercise as one.
So let's say that you started on a Monday and took Sundays off (doing none of the exercises). Day 7 would be on the following Monday since you took Sunday off.

Yeah, it increased in length and girth. I remember the first time I really noticed that there was a difference in weight and girth. It was sort of laying in my hand and I thought "I have held this thing for 15 years where it felt exactly the same. And now I don't really recognize the feeling of this thing in my hand." And this was after feeling years of insecurity about my size. Psycologically, it felt really good! :-)
If I could help other people feel better about themselves by sharing my experiences, it becomes really hard for me to pass up on that opporunity just because it might be a little embarassing for me. What can I say... :-)

I don't know what it is... it just seems i don't feel so much? It just wont go to a 100% erection...
Its like 6 inches i gues... but that was a time ago... it just wont get hard anymore...
The last practice is about the muscle what sends the blood to your penis right? maybe i should just train that one... it feels like my body doesnt send enough blood to my penis...
Donnow why but it is kinda frustrating... If you have to stop like 4 times during sex to get it erected again... Girl doesnt like it asswel?
Maybe someone has some experience about this...?

If anything the first (squeezing) exercise would help. But what I really recommend is figuring out if you need testosterone replacement. At different ages our testerone starts to lower and it becomes hard to keep erections. I had that experience.
There are websites that list the symptoms of low testosterone. If you have those symptoms then look into trying the supplement DHEA. It will work for about 3 months if you take an effective dosage (about 50mg or 100mg). After that your body will start to adjust and you will need an estrogen blocker to keep the effects. My favorite estrogen blocker is Super Miraforte.
If you don't have the symptoms of low testerone, then the squeezing exercise might help.

Honestly, I don't know how much girth I gained. The first excercise seems to do more for girth. And the third seemed to address length. And if you are doing both, I image that you will grow proportionately. I look proportionately bigger. I didn't really measure my girth so I don't know how much I gained. Sorry.
Yeah, it's too bad about the surgery patients, because I hear that you really don't gain that much with surgery. Of course, I your body doesn't respond to this and the insecurity is killing you, then you don't have a lot of options.

You should definitely not do the exersizes erect. You might do damage and it will be ineffective. It is quite normal to end up hard after doing a few of the exercises, and it has little to do with sexually stimulating yourself. It is more about getting more blood circulating within your penis.
So if you become erect you should just stop, think non-sexy thoughts, and when you soften, you continue.
I'm not quite sure how to describe being half to three quarters erect. I guess you should still be able to stretch your penis a bit. If it is so hard that when you pull it, it doesn't get any longer, then you are too hard.
And when it comes to how hard to squeeze, I used to squeeze it just enough so that it didn't hurt. The one thing that you have to worry about is squeezing so hard that you break a lot of blood vessels in your penis. You want to stretch the blood vessels without breaking too many of them.

I didn't really do anything for maintenance. There is a little shrinkage after you stop, so you want to keep going until you pass your goal. I honestly don't know how much I lost after I stopped. It was very little though. Probably somewhere around a eigth of an inch.

It did make me last longer. That was due to the loss of some sensitivity. And I think it made me harder during the time period that I did the exercises, and probably for a short time afterwards (I don't remember for sure though).
But it would definitely not have an effect on ejaculate. Those are 2 different biological mechanisms.

18 years old I am and I think it is not normal on that kind of age to have problems with ur body. But everyone is different. I am going to try everything.
Thought te squeezing was good because u train ur muscles that will send the blood to your penis. Maybe my body just doesn't send enough of it.

Yes, talking to your doctor might be a good idea. The odds are low that your problem is due to low testosterone at age 17. But your erection is like a dip stick on the state of your overall health. If you are having certain health issues, the first thing to go will be your erection.
Keep in mind that your problem might also be psychological. Or you just might not be attracted to your girlfriend... or you might be feeling performance anxiety. I have forgotten the statistic, but somewhere around half of all men have erection issues when having sex with a new partner for the first time.
In any case having a chat with your doctor is a good idea.

I forgot to mention that I think that you are not clear on the way that you get an erection. Our brain doesn't send more blood to the penis. What happens is that our body releases a chemical (Nitric Oxide... or something similiar) to muscle that normally limits the blood flow to our penis. And that chemical relaxes that muscle and as the muscle relaxes it allows more blood to flow into the penis.
If you are having problems with getting an erection it is because of the lack of that chemical or something blocking the main blood vessel that supplies the penis. It is not a matter of your body sending more blood to your penis. It is about your muscles (and mind) relaxing enough to have an erection. :-)

The third exercise is the stretching exercise. That is the one that makes your penis longer.
I'm not sure how I could describe it any better than my wonderful balloon demonstration. :-) Do it as described and pull the head of your penis away from your body when you do it and you should be doing it correctly.

Yep, women really enjoy foreplay. And for those who are wondering about the G-Spot, Alex described its location well.
You will only be able to find it when she is arroused, and it will feel like a rough bump on the inside wall of her vagina, on the wall that is closest to her stomach. It would be about an inch to an inch and a half inside her vagina.
Keep in mind that every woman is different and every woman will respond differently. Some may not like it because it is very sensitive and others might like getting it stimulated.
Remember that just like you might not like the same things as her last boyfriend, she is not the same as any other girl. You have to find out what she likes and go from there. And if she doesn't know what she likes, take the time to explore it with her.
With her permission to try different stuff ask her if she likes it, and then try something else. After you've tried a couple of things, ask her what she liked best.
Just sticking your penis in a vagina feels great, but if you could help her to really, really enjoy the whole sex act you will feel like the king.

I'm actually not sure. I think it was about 2. And I guess your next question is 'what is it now after the jelqing?' It's about 3.5.
That is the growth that I like the most, because people only see your erection during sex. But the flaccid state is on display a little more often. I used to feel bad about myself every morning when it was even smaller. But not anymore! :-)

It will probably help premature ejaculation, but only because it makes your penis a little less sensitive. So if you're ok with that, then it will help. The excerise that seemed to do it was the squeezing exercise.
And about the stretching exercise, I'm circumsized so the only problem I had was with the lotion from the first exercise. So what I did was use a tissue or hand cloth to stop my fingers from slipping off. Otherwise you just have to really grip tightly.

It would be impossible to guess why you might be having the symptoms that you are. But I think that you can safely assume that if you are having orgasms at all, the plumbing isn't the issue.
However, if you are having depression, or if you're manic, it could easily describe your symptoms. But it could just as easily be the amount of foreplay that you experience.
When it comes to lasting longer, the only thing that I have ever heard of that can help involves removing some of the sensitivity of your penis. The squeezing exercise would do that, but because you sometimes have a problem orgasming, then I wouldn't recommend it.
Ultimately, if you are have sexual issues, I highly recommend seeing a sex therapist. I've been to a sexual therapist, it's not that big of a deal and it really helps.

You don't have to ever wonder again whether or not you can satisfy a woman with 5.5 inches. You ABSOLUTELY can!
Yes, the size of the woman will determine how full she feels by your penis. But when you ask about pleasuring a woman, you have to keep in mind that the size of your penis has little to do with pleasuring a woman.
For example, did you know that a large percentage of women don't experience an orgasm during intercourse? In those cases oral sex on a woman is much more important.
Go back and read what I wrote in the reply to Alex's comment. You might find it helpful if you're trying to figure out how to pleasure a woman.

About the stretching not working... I can only share with you my experiences. And they are that my penis was longer after I stretched it. So the first time that I stretched it, it didn't stretch as far as the last stretch of the session on the same day.
Perhaps it was the combination of exercise 1 and 3 that helped. Perhaps exercise 3 didn't help at all. But it sure did seem to help.
If you are getting great results doing only one of the exercises then that's great! But I can only talk from my experiences, and that is of doing all 3 exercises.

Think of the jelping like running. It is better to slowly increase the distance that you run. If one day, without training, you tried to run a marathon, odds are that you would hurt or tear something. It is the same thing with jelqing.
Work your way up slowly. The reason why you increase your jelqs is because you are creating micro tears inside of your penis and your penis is healing itself in such a way that if the same pressure is applied it won't tear again. Because of this you have to increase the jelqs you do, to force your penis to again grow.
You want the tears to be just small enough that your body can heal itself in such a way that will better handle the stress the next time. This is what causes it to get bigger.
If you increase the jelqs to quickly, it means that you are creating larger tears, and in this case your body may or may not heal larger. It is possible that scar tissue will develop and start to cause bad things to happen with your penis.
Be patient and follow the regiment as described. Slow and steady wins the race.
I hadn't heard of balloon until you mentioned it. I looked it up and it seems that the science behind it is questionable at best. There is a similiar exercise where you stop and start your pee stream. That strengthens your PC muscles and better controls when you ejaculate, but it has absolutely nothing to do with enlarging your penis.
The best description that I can give for exercise 3 is the one that I gave in the video. With one of your hands you pinch the head of the penis and pull away from your body. Yes, it kind of hurt me to. Because of the lotion used in exercise 1 I had to grip very tightly. If it REALLY hurts, then ease up on the pressure. This is not a part of your body you want to injure. :-)

If you are so sore that you don't want anyone or thing to touch your penis, then you are doing something wrong. :-)
Perhaps the best analogy would be if you have ever had a really long sex or maturbation session. Afterwards your penis just needs a rest, but it's usually not sore to the touch.
And as I remember, I was too sore to "finish myself off" once the exercises were done. :-)

1. while jelqing, exercise 1, you suggested 40 reps, what should I do, if my penis become flaccid (1/4 erected) during the exercize?
2. if it hurt during jelqing or can i give some rest or should I finish 40 reps in a go?
3. Is there any time when I should not do it, like just after sex, or just before sex? Is there any prefered time to do these ex.?
4. after 5 days i should increase reps for exercize 1 only or for all 3 of them?

1. You must get back to 1/2 or 3/4 erect before you continue from the number that you stopped at.
2. You should finish the 40, don't squeeze as hard for the rest. Generally speaking if it is really hurting, then you are doing it too hard.
3. No preferred time.
4. The only one that increases in amount is the first one.

The jelqing strokes should be continuous. As soon as your left hand comes off the head of your penis, your right hand should be on the base.
I think that both stretching exercises would be equally affective.
You can rest anywhere from 3 seconds to 20 seconds. But in this case less is more.

I have never felt compelled to write to anyone at all before based on something I read or saw from the web. However. after watching your videos and the way you approached such a taboo subject, I had to write this!
I would like to thank you and congratulate you for such a humble and mature attitude and for taking the time to do this for others!
I too am tall (6'2) white (not so stereo typed as you! lol) and have similar penile dimensions, the same experiences and thoughts as you had about yourself! (Lets face it, us men put the pressure upon ourselves based on our perception we think 'others' think of us or society has put on us!)
Although having sexual experiences with many many women over my years (im 40) reasonably decent looking and truly knowing how to please a women in ALL other areas (emotionally, physically - Oral, G-spot, tactile etc etc) I have for most of my life felt this way about myself and have felt a prisoner of my own thoughts, thus creating many years of personal heartache! Until a man experiences these feelings, he truly cannot comprehend the damage it can do to oneself psychologically!
Swimming trunks, shower rooms, anything really, all create the demon in your head! You avoid ALL situations that could compromise yourself! I know I have and missed out on many things over my life making excuses why I didnt want to do it!
For me personally, it has now become so overwhelming that I actually avoid intercourse now and its really screwing up my intimate relationships and thus creating a great deal of personal anxiety! So much to say that I now experience erectile disfunction! I KNOW this is all due to my mind and my opinion of myself!
What REALLY destroys me is I KNOW its ALL in my mind and am intelligent enough to know that! But no matter how much I tell myself this, it just doesnt work anymore!
The only advantage of this is I have always been a very considerate lover and women have always very satisfied! I have for many years forsaken my own pleasure and spent hour upon hour upon hour concentrating on satisfying and pleasing the women I was with! So as long as they are happy I am happy!
Well, I thought I was happy until recently! Now I realise I have denied myself SO MUCH pleasure over the years as when I had sex, I was ALWAYS constantly thinking "Is she happy, Is she enjoying it? Can she feel me?"
So much that I couldnt experience pleasure for me, until at least she had had an orgasm!
Eventually, you get yourself so worked up about it that you lose an erection during sex and start making excuses like "im concerned you might get pregnant" blah)
as the downside is ive made such a great job of getting them worked up that they are so wet and ready that I cant feel as much inside them as I would like to and wonder if they can feel me too? At my age a lot of my partners have had children and thus slightly larger inside as they were before childbirth!
Its pathetic that if I was an inch or two bigger when flacid, I would so easily and comfortably walk around naked infront of a new partner or wear tighter fitting trunks on the beach and feel so TOTALLY differnt about myself!
ONE INCH! Just one silly inch bigger erect would also allow me to make love more confidently!
I guess reaching 40, a little overweight, some grey hairs and a lot of other personal issues on the peripheral have brought me to this, so, I am going to try the technique and shall let you all know how it goes!

No, bruising like that isn't supposed to happen. I think the clear next step is to stop... at very least until you heal. I'm wondering, are you prone to bruising? Either way, you don't have worry too much. I'm sure you'll heal fine. But perhaps you're squeezing too hard. If you are feeling, pain then you are doing something to hard.

I don't actually know what my maximum amount of jelqs were, but it would be the natural progression after jelqing after 3 months.
But gaining an inch in 3 to 4 months seems to be a realistic goal. You might however need to be little more erect than that. And the reason is because you don't create enough of a pressure within your penis. Try to stay within 50% to 75% erect.

The only way you can tell if it's working is if you are getting larger. I really recommend that you stop until you heal. You really should let your body heal so that you don't cause permanent injury. After it heals then you can consider starting again. If you don't wait for it to heal the jelqing you are doing will have no effect at all.

Yes, 6 days a week without a break. I don't think that you will have a problem if you do the stretching exercise a day less during those 6 days. 2 might even be fine. But I really suggest that you rest until you heal.

There is no way of telling how long it will take to make your goal. It could take a month or 2... or maybe even longer. I wish I could be more helpful. I don't think that your height or race has much to do with the results of your exercises.

You're really ok either way. But usually when the scientists measure, they are measuring on the top without pushing the ruler to the bone. You have to measure the visible area along the top of the penis.

Do you mean that you are doing 250 - 300 jelqs? You only have to do 20 stretches and you never increase past 20.
You have to do all of the jelqs at once. The point is to put an increasing amount of stess on your penis.

For the third execise you "pull back" as if you were stopping yourself from peeing and you keep "pulling back" for 10 seconds.
And the second excerise should not be done fully erect. You should make an effort to loose some of your erection before you continue with the second exercise.

You may loose a little size after you stop but it should only be about a quarter inch. And your flaccid size will also increase with your erect size.

But to answer your question. For the most part, a penis is a penis. Jelqing should pretty much work the same on anyone even though the results may differ. I would just say that at 17 you could still be growing and I'm not sure what affect that would have on a growing penis.

A 1/2 inch in a month is still 1/2 inch more than you had before. People gain at different rates. It really doesn't matter if it's slow or not. It's about the end results.
The reason why I don't recommend that anyone under 18 jelq, is because of a conscience thing. I don't actually believe that something would go wrong. And if I heard about this when I was under 18 I would have done it. But I just can't get myself to say that someone under 18 should do it. What if they do something and injure themself? I would feel a little responsible. I know that I wouldn't be, but I would still feel bad.

There is no way to tell how effective it will be for you.
However, if you are looking to please your girlfriend, start considering other techniques. There are other things that are more important to pleasing a woman than size. Many women don't even have orgasms from intercourse. Consider oral sex. Consider longer foreplay. Penis size is a very small part of what makes women satisfied. Feeling safe and connect is often at the top of the list.

I forgot to mention that I could not tell you if you are doing it the most effective way from your description. You should squeeze it hard enough that you feel it, but not enough that it hurts.
And smoking is never good for circulation and may have a slightly negative effect on your jelqing. But I have no evidence to back that statement up accept to say that eventually smoking may cause a problem with erection so it would seem that it could have an effect on growth from jelqing.

Kegel exercises are what you're doing with the stretching exercise. When you clench back your penis as if you were stopping your flow of pee, you are doing a kegel exercise.

Are you using your other hand to grip the base of penis while jelqing? That gripping hand should also hold the skin back quite a bit. And the jelqing exercise should be less about pulling the skin as it is about forcing the blood to the end of your penis.
If it helps you can use the gripping hand to hold the skin of your penis back. Let me know if this helps or if I misunderstood something.

Well, to be honest, I would masturbate after I finished the exercises. So any ejaculating I did would be because of that.
Secondly, the exact number of jelqs you do is not the point. To make a reference that might help. The amount of weight you lift in the guy does not equal how muscular you look. I was actually very suprised when in college when I exercised next to the most muscular guy on our school's football team. I actually squated 60 pounds more than him while he was hugely muscular and I was very skinny. It is about the affect that each exercise has on tissue.
So doing 25 could be as affective as doing 75 if you are doing the 25 correctly. In fact, jumping from 25 to 75 would probably be less affective and more time consuming than going from 25 to 45 to 65 to 75. It is about pushing your penis just enough to force it to heal bigger.
So no, in fact it could be less affective to split the jelqs up thoughout the day. You are not giving your tissue enough time to heal and hence grow.

There is no need to start all over if you have quit smoking. Just continue from where you are.
Dipping is better than smoking, but the main probably with both of them is the nicotine. Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor which means that it restricts the flow of blood through your blood vessels. And getting a large, hard, erection is all about increasing the blood flow within the blood vessels of your penis.

I recommend that you go back to the amount of jelqs that you were doing two weeks after you started. Remember the number of jelqs is not the goal. For the third exercise you clinch like when you are trying to stop your flow of urine and you pull outwards on your penis at the same time.
And taking L-Arginine does dilate blood vessels but you shouldn't take it if you have herpes because it can cause a flare up. A more effective supplement for dilating blood vessels is nitric oxide. It certainly increases erections as well as hardness. Theoretically, it will encourage healing by increasing blood flow and it could increase growth.
It's certainly worth trying if you'd like. If you do, let us know what happens.

The cold feeling that you're having has got to be because you're loosing body heat in your penis. That is usually because blood vessels are constricting. You want more blood flowing into your penis. Blood flow is what leads to healing and healing is what leads to growth.

thanks so much for your helpful and insightful video. I thought I would give these exercises a go, so I did try them. However, my penis became 3/4 erect when doign the first exercise, and i continued to do the exercise. I also did the other two exercises with my erect penis.
Afterwards my penis was quite swollen and bruised, I am certain I must have done it too hard and been too erect. I am a circumcized male, is there anything I can do to stop becoming so erect?
Also, on the third exercise, when pulling the head of the penis, am I supposed to tense my pelvic floor muscles? I assume that doing that exercise strengthens pelvic floor muscles, maybe increasing duration and or orgasm?

The only thing that you can do to stop from becoming so erect involves thinking of unattractive things. And bruising is usually a sign that you were too erect or that you were squeezing too hard.
Second, you are supposed to tense the pelvic floor muscles. And it has the added benefits that you have mentioned.
For the second and third exercises you should still be hard enough so that when you squeeze it, you see other parts of your penis increase in size. It should be like when you squeeze a balloon and other parts of the balloon increases in size.

If you miss the third day, then just pick up where you left off on the next day that you do it. And yes, since the affect is accumulative then it will affect your penis growth... though not a lot at all if it only happens once.

The balloon I used in the demonstration was appropriate, because your penis should be soft enough so that when you squeeze it, it causes another part of your penis to swell like a balloon would.
And in this case, you should be squeezing hard enough that it is causing the part of your penis that is expanding to expand to its maximum. This would require more pressure than if you were masturbating.

Just like men have different sized penises, women have different sized vaginas. Just like most men's penises are 5.5 to 6 inches, most women have evolved to have a similiarly sized vagina. Just like men can have a 9 inch penis, there are women out there that need larger penises to feel full.
But keep in mind that a 9 inch penis in a 5.5 inch vagina results in pain for the woman and less sex for the guy.
Also, keep in mind that just like only the most beautiful people are hired to be actors, only the larger penises are hired for pormography.
As I'm sure you know, most guys don't have flat stomachs like Brad Pitt and it is because he is unique that he a movie star. In the same way, most men don't have 7, 8 or 9 inch penises, so that is why we will pay to watch someone so unique having sex.
And no, I don't think that lifting weights with your penis will make it bigger. You will strengthen a few of the penis muscles (if you don't hurt your penis in the process), but you will not make it bigger.

It really sucks that you tried it and it didn't work. But if you have read the comments above you know that it does work for some people. I was lucky enough to be one of those guys.
And I can also tell you that I had a lot of doubts the first time I measured my penis after jelqing. I had decided to only measure every 2 weeks and the first time I measured it was a half inch bigger. I remember thinking 'this can't be right. But how did I miss a whole half inch all of the times that I measured it before.'
I know none of this makes you feel better, but none the less it is the truth and the truth is that it worked for me and it didn't work for you.
The only reference I can make is that after a time period, increases become slower. Maybe there is some relation between the reason why increases slow for everyone and why poeple like yourself don't gain at all.

As long as you stop if you start to bruise or feel pain, I imagine that you would be fine. It's just not worth hurting yourself when your penis could still be growing naturally.

I gained an inch and a half, but I don't know how much girth I gained. It is definitely thicker though. It was all proportionate.

Jelqing helps you get harder while you're doing it and for a little while afterwards. However, hardness of erection has less to do with exercises and more about chemicals ie. viagra, nitric oxide, yohimbe etc.

I have a dark complexion so marks don't show as easily on my skin. But if you do the exercises safely, you should have none of the issues that you mentioned.
If you are seeing bruises and feeling pain and then you continue through the signs, I'm sure that you can get a lot of long term negative affects.

I've answered the age question a couple of times before.
If I had contined jelqing I would have increased slowly over the year.
The penis isn't a muscle but it is a tissue, and body tissue reacts similiarly. Muscle doesn't actually decrease in size because you stop exercising. It shrinks because the body is designed to survive long periods without food.
Muscle is very ineffecient, which means that it burns a lot of calories. So when you stop telling your body that you need the muscle (by not exercising), it breaks the muscle down so that it can stop wasting calories.
The penis isn't a muscle so erections don't burn calories, so there is no need for the body to break the penis down after you stop.

Lots of Questions!
The viens diminish after you stop. I talked about possible signs above. A little soreness is good. I talked about the possible negative affects above. Less sensitivity does not lead to ED later in life. The best chance for girth with less length is to just do the first exercise and not the third. I addressed the muscle question above.
Chafing is not a good sign. Give yourself a break to heal and use more lubrication when you start up again.

It would be good to do the exercises around the same time each day.
And I honestly don't remember how long it took me to jelq each day. I would guess around 20 minutes in the beginning stages. But I do remember thinking that it was taking a lot of time once I reached 3 months.

To be honest I'm a little at a loss when it comes to red spots. I have a brown complexion and red spots are less noticeable then on lighter complexions. I would imagine that because of the process some redness is to be expected.
Bruising on the other hand is a little worse. Bruising, no matter where it occurs, is the result of broken blood vessels. Jelqing requires slightly tearing blood vessels, but not breaking them. If you bruise and then continue anyway, it could lead to healing issues which can then lead to negative effects.
Applying the warm towel is meant to increase blood flow to the penis which encourages healing. You can also consider taking iron supplements which can also encourage healing. And depending on your age, 28 and up, there are other hormone precousors that you can try.

I have talked to about this a couple times above. You could still be growing. You could still again some length.
If you did it exactly correctly you should be fine. But if you are too aggressive, you will injure yourself and that would be an unfortunate thing because it would be permanent. My advice would be to wait.

I've been jelqing since Nov. 10th '07 and I thought I'd post my progress. First off, let me say that I always said to myself, I would donate to this website if I gained an inch in length (and similar in girth). I believe that if this works, we owe you something for your advice, time and help.
Now, what has happened to my member since beginning this journey? Well, the benefits have been fourfold.
1. My penis has definitely become bigger in a flaccid state - no doubt about it. It is longer and thicker and hangs nicely (It was under 4 inches flaccid and is now about 4.75). In fact, I have probably become cock-centric as I can feel it in my pants constantly and I think about it all the time.
2. My erections are ROCKHARD! I've always had a hard bar but recently It feels like when I was 18! This thinking is not just me - women have also commented!
3. I get an erection at the drop of a hat! I know some people wouldn't like this but I love it. Often, just looking at a horny chick will do it. I was always easily aroused but now it is off the scale. Is this a result of the jelqing or is it just all the time I am devoting to my penis? Who knows but it is welcome!
4. My erect cock has also grown........a bit. I was 6 inches in length. I am now consistently 6.25 (Girth was 5, now 5.25). These gains aren't huge I know, but this is still more than I had 6 weeks ago. If these gains can be replicated over the next 6 weeks I will still be happy.

I'm 3/4 erect for the Jeqling and Shaking exercises, but in order to really stretch the penis while pulling back via Kegels, being even semi-erect doesn't seem to work.
If I'm 1/2-3/4 erect while trying to "stretch", the Kegel actually pushes more blood into the penis, making it even harder, and you aren't really stretching anything. On the other hand, if you're flaccid, you can pull in one direction with the kegel, which won't make you erect, and pull in the other direction with your fingers.

Please forgive my accusation, but I've noticed a few striking things about this site, despite how well-meaning and good-natured you certainly appear to be:
1) Your PE routine suggests results will come far, far faster than any other free PE routine I've seen. Most PE communities agree that even the slightest gains won't come for many months, whereas you claim that your gains started in just days or weeks, and don't appear surprised when others claim the same thing in this thread of comments.
2) You're the owner of this site.
3) You're suggesting people pass this link around for the sake of helping men with insecurities, and it appears that the version of these videos found on sites like Google are cut off after a certain point, prompting the viewer to come here in order to see the rest.
I'm sure you can see my concern. Your routine is both simple and extremely promising, so you can understand why it seems too good to be true. Even though you aren't charging money for it, which is great, it does appear that you stand to gain from this being passed around as much as possible, as the owner of the site.
While your desire to increase traffic and the routine's efficacy are certainly not mutually exclusive, it is suspicious, especially since the world of PE is already dominated true scam artists.
Anyway, you seem like a good guy, so please don't take this the wrong way, I just want to register my concern before I get my hopes up.

Yes, I 'm sure that you shouldn't be flaccid when doing the exercise. If the stretching causes your penis to become erect, then you should start the strectching while being less erect.
And Seth, you're wrong if you think that my purpose behind posting the video is to encourage guys to do the jelqing exercise. What I want is for guys to have the option to do the exercise. When I was younger, I wanted the option and I didn't have it. I am giving people the option that I didn't have by sharing my experiences. I can't know how others will respond to the jelqing technique. I just know how my body has.
I personally think that the insecurites that guys feel aren't necessarily about the size of their penis as much as it is about satisfying a woman. You don't need a larger penis to help your girl have an orgasm.
And yes, the videos on the other sites are advertisements for RateABull.com. And yes I want people to pass along the video to encourage more people to come to the site. But, I have another video on the site talking about how to help a woman have an orgasm. Do you also feel that that's a possible scam?
So in conclusion Seth, I have no real response to your accusations. If you want to try the exercise, try it. If you don't, then don't. I am sharing my exerperiences for free. Do what you want with the info.

If you only did step one, the jelqing part, it will most likely only increase your thickness and your length probably won't change.

If you can still get 1/2 to 3/4 erect after you have sex, then there is no problem doing the exercises after having sex.
You can also try masturbating before jelqing. That might help.

I matters a lot that you are not fully erect while doing the exercises.
Each milk should take about 2 seconds each.

Yes, you should squeeze your penis just hard enough to stretch it. That is the stretching that causes it to grow.
I really couldn't tell you whether or not it would be possible to get to that size. Growth slows down the longer you do it so you will have to be very patient and consistent.
Yes, you can hold your penis right behind the tip.

Feel sore simply means that you are putting stress upon your penis, and that stress is what causes it to grow back larger.
I can't tell you how long it would take to feel sore. Each person's body is unique. And the more you jelq, the less likely your are to feel sore.

Thanks for doing these vids, which give me hope.
Of course, I've seen testimonials on the exercise website that make it out to be a miracle program, but I have read many places that exercises and any other methods cannot actually increase penis size. On Men's Health it says "Like weight training programs, penis enhancement exercise methods promise that the penis can be made bigger through strength training and conditioning. However, this myth can also be busted. There are no muscles in the penis and therefore strength training and exercise cannot increase its size."
Can you really say after the exercises and stopping, that you have really gained length and girth, rather than just having swelling?
Also, have you tried penis extenders?

Oh, you're not trying to increase your sperm. You are trying to increase your ejaculate. There are pills out there that increase the volume of your ejaculate or cum. That is all they do though. So if you really want to increase it, that is how you can do it.
The volume of you cum also increases the more time that you spend between orgasms. A 3 day break results in the largest volume that you will produce without a very long break.

It could possibly cause scar tissue to develop if you are too agressive with the exercises which causes a bend in your penis. I don't think that it is worth doing these exercises at your age. Your penis will continue to grow for a year or 2 after your height stops growing, so you probably haven't peeked out yet.
And the one thing that will most likely happen if you jelq is that you loose sensitivity in your penis. You are going to enjoy that extra sensitivity more than an extra 1/2 inch that you might get anyway.
Don't worry what other guys say about having a huge one. Most guys are exactly your size so as much as they might brag, they don't have anything on you.

Jelqing is the first exercise that is also referred to as 'milking'.

To answer your question, yes, I actually gained a little over an inch and a half erect.
I'm not sure how to answer the question about 'if I had a lot of extra penis inside of me.' There is no real way to tell that. I did gain really quickly, so perhaps. But ultimately, there is no way to measure that.

Yes, your size is very normal for your age and for how long you've been in puberty. You will probably gain a few inches by the time that puberty is over. So like i told Ryan above, I don't think that you should do the exercises.
If you don't like your size 2 years after your height stops increasing, then consider doing the exercises. But at this point, it really isn't worth it.

You should hold your penis by the head of the penis. It doesn't have to be the absolute tip but it should be the head of the penis.

I would say that it isn't abnormal to not see an increase within the first 15 days. Each person is different. I saw a big change quickly, so there is no telling how your body would respond.
And I would suggest you stop since you are only 16. As I have stated a couple of times, your penis continues to grow a year or 2 after your height stops growing. There is no telling what will happen if you jelq at your age. Why risk it?

Masturbating does not affect the growth of your penis. And what I mean by my height statement is that your penis continues to grow for a year or 2 after your height stops increasing. It is a sort of rule of thumb.
And yes, it is very normal for a 16 year old to have a 5 inch penis. I can't tell you why your penis has increased since the beginning of puberty. Each body is different and it is possible that it could start growing again soon. You just never know when it comes to things like this.

I have answered that question many times above. Either scan the questions above or take a look at the videos again. There might be a few other things that you missed on the first watching of the videos that could be important. Because if you don't do that exercise at the correct level of erection, the jelqing will not work at all.

Yes, a 5.5 inch circumference penis is slightly thicker than the average penis. The average penis circumference is about 5 inches.
You know, the truth about 8 inch penises is kind of funny because if men really understood what was going on, they would realized that men tend to want a large penis for other men; that is, impressing them, measuring up to them, and living up to the penis myths that men have created and then forced feed to women.
And please keep in mind that I am talking in sweeping generalities here, because every single woman, like every single man is built differently, but most women with experience would probably focus more on the thickness of a penis.
Sure, a woman might find a long penis interesting to look at, but a long penis will "thump" her cervix which the majority of women find uncomfortable; while a woman can more easily accommodate thicker penises.
VAGINAL DEPTH
Just like a man, the depth of a woman's vagina changes when she becomes sexually aroused.
The depth of the average woman's vagina is 3 to 4 inches which, not surprisingly, is very similar to the length of a man's flaccid penis. And just like a woman can have a vagina depth of less than 2 inches when unaroused, a man can have a penis of less than 2 inches when unaroused.
And again like a man, when a woman becomes aroused the depth of her vagina about doubles in length to around 6 inches or more. The male body and the female body evolved together over time, so there is no wonder that these similarities exist.
But remember, most women find a penis "thumping" their cervix uncomfortable. And that thumping has probably ended a lot of sexual encounters.
If you take nothing else from this, take what I am about to say. There really isn't a need to focus on changing your tool. It's much, MUCH more important to focus on what you do with what you have. :-)

2 to 3 seconds per stroke is ideal. And I would think that medium pressure would be good. Of course, me saying medium pressure doesn't mean much because I can't guess what you consider medium pressure to be. I would say it this way: It should be hard enough to cause your penis to expand like squeezing a balloon filled with water. But if it causes pain, then it's too hard.

The phrase "pop her cherry" is now used to describe anyone doing something for the first time. But if you mean "breaking a girls hymen" then I would say that the hymen is only about a quarter or half inch or so within her vaginal lips. That means that you only need an inch long penis to break her hymen.
And when a woman becomes aroused she releases a lubricant like a guys pre-cum. That makes it easier to have intercourse. And a 1/2 inch girth difference doesn't make that much of a difference so you should be fine.

I suggest that you watch the first video again. I talk about how erect you have to be when doing the exercise. It is an important point so be sure to check it out.
There's no evidence either way whether or not smoking harms the growth of your penis while jelqing. My guess is that it doesn't. But it will probably effect the stiffness of your erection over time.

I suggest that you don't do the exercises. You have a great size and you will be able to please any woman you want with the size you have.
Focus more on your technique. That is really going to make the difference on whether or not women think of you as a great lover, not your size.

If you do the exercises exactly as I described it without any variations, it would probably work for you.
And just so you know, circumcision doesn't effect penis growth. It's all about genetics. Either your father, or one of your grandfathers have a penis exactly your size.
In any case, keep in mind that your penis continues to grow for a year or 2 after your height stops increasing. And also keep in mind that most women don't have orgasms during intercourse. So if you master the art of oral sex and other sensual touching techniques, you could still end up being the guy that every woman wants to be with.

Yes, if you are over weight and you have a lot of fat puffs out at the base of your penis, then losing weight will make your penis seem longer.
And for the most part women like larger penises for the same reason that a lot of men like large breasts, it's a novelty. Some women are built larger and need a larger penis to feel full. But for the most part, it is just about curiosity.

Take your finger and poke the part of your stomach that is a 1/2 inch above your penis. That is the "fat puffs" that I am referring to. As you loose weight your penis will seem longer because more of the penis that is now surrounded by fat will be revealed. Your penis hasn't actually grown, but it seems longer because the distance from the tip of your penis to where your "fat puffs" starts is greater.
And I have heard a doctor say something similiar to what your friend told you, but it is physically impossible. It is possible to gain an inch of penis by loosing weight (if you are starting out very over weight). But I don't know how much weight that would take for each person because each person's body distributes fat differently when gaining and loosing weight.

Yes, you can stop jelqing right before the head. And you continue doing the exercises, increasing in the described pattern, until you reach a size you feel happy with. Please keep in mind that what brings results is not the number of jelqs you do, but instead the effectiveness of each jelq.

Yes, you can do damage if you do the exercises incorrectly. I can imagine that you could massively cause problems if you do it very wrong.
I always say that if you have a hesitation about doing it, then don't. Odds are you don't need a bigger penis, because it is more important how you use it then how big it is.

Alright this is a serious question; what were your masturbation/sex habits like during your 4 month lengthening process? The reason I ask is because I personally have the drive of a teenager.. I actually get sore sometimes by the end of the day. If I had to guess, probably something like 3 to 5 times per day. Yes it is fine to masturbate while jelqing. I did every time after my exercises were done. I'm actually not sure if it's different if you masturbate 3 - 5 times after jelqing.
The orgasming isn't a problem. So let your body be your guide. If you start to feel sore, then hold off on everything. If you feel any sort of pain and you keep on going, you could do permanent damage.

Use both hands and always have one hand on the base of your penis. The point is to move the blood around in your penis like the water in a water balloon. You want to use the blood to stretch the insides of your penis. But remember, not to the point where it hurts.
For the third exercise, hold your penis in either place. It is more important to have a good grip. You're not streching the head of your penis.

You can do all three exercises in the shower. I think that the warm water in the shower can probably safely replace the warm towel part.

How does it work? I'd say that sets and reps are a question of instinct. See, if I am doing strong jelquings, squeezing hard and pulling slow, i might need to do "sets" of 5 "reps"and if I eased up and went faster, I'd need sets of 10 "reps".
This is because of the tension and stress put ont he fibers of the penis. However, 5 sets of 5 are going to work out the same as 5 sets of 10, the 5-rep ones will be more intense and slightly "pumping", the 10 rep ones will be less intense but little bit more "burning" but it's the same cake split in smaller slices.
I'd give a safe word of advice to jelquing fans: some say "jelquing is not for me, I haven't grown shit in 1 month" and they will be right int hat fact but wrong o n the method. Before anyone starts groing crazy and doing 500 jelqs a day on the first week, it's not about doing more, it's about doing as the program says but either doing each jelq more intensely (using more force and moving slower for a deeper, longer-lasting effect) and/or to do it more frequently, but not do more.
Odds are, anyone here can do 100 jelqs at week 2 with ease, but let's say for argument's sake that you folow my advice, you go slower on the jelq, taking time and also squeezing harder, but not much. Personally, slow down before even thinking of incresing force/pressure on the squeeze, and you may not need to squeeze harder at all. Now, they may still see slow progress, so here's a brainstorm: ¿ Why not do 2 sessions a day? You won't be doing 2 sessions of 100 reps, you'll do 100 reps a day, but this time, you'll do 2 sessions to add up to 100, meaning you split them between the two sessions and therefore, you end up doing 2 sessions a day of 50 jelqs.
If we are to treat the penis tissue as a muscle, some people react better to tension and others to time under tension. Three different guys can look the same, even be genetically related and each one has only one main way to grow at first or during most of his career progres before he becomes an advanced trainee, all depending in his lfiestyle, his time, and nutrition.
That means that some guys grow muscle by lifting a lot of times a moderately, or medium-to-heavy weight (typical bodybuilder who does 3-4 exercises for each big muscle group with 4-6 sets each between 12-8 reps at least once, most likely 2 times a week, lifting the weight in 1 second and lowering in about that much or sligthly more), these are the guys some call the "machine gun" method guys, they just hit the target of muscle growth by shooting 100 bullets per second at it and they basically just pile on work.
Secondly, there are guys who lift really fucking heavy (lift like 2 times a week or even 3 in some rare cases, lifting fast and lowering fast like 1-second down and 1 up or slightly more due to the difficulty of the weight) for 10-20 sets of 3-5 reps doing just 2 exercises per muscle group, these are what some call "nutcrackers" since they have a way to injure themselves and their ribcage from the weight. These guys are like the equivalent of a rifle with armor piercing bullets, the idea is to hit the target of muscle growth with a few strong shots that gotta bring down any obstacle or armor that keeps them from getting big and hit it, some call them "cannonballers" or "bazooka boys" for a better analogy.
There are other guys who lift slow in 2-4 seconds up and 3-6 seconds down, to really squeeze, or milk each rep using moderate-to-light weights and doing 6-8 reps per set and never going above 7 sets per exercise, 2 exercises per muscle group. These guys are the "shotgun crowd" because they focus on an approach that is different, not intermediate: they make each rep count and milk it, why some call them "milers" and such....their idea is, that they are like a 12-gauge shotgun: they have a big spread enough to get their target without much aiming for it if clsoe enough, they do make sure they make each shot strong and also hit the target with a pellet scatter that is bound to shred it and also, they don't waste any shot or exaggerate the firepower and exceed their strenght limits.
Now, after saying this, some guys might think "If i apply this to jelquing, I may not be a "machine gun guy" but a "bazooka joe" or maybe even a "shotgun man" and by knowing what works for me best i'll finally start seeing results" and that's fine, but I'd consider something else that most people don't know about muscles: they respond to frequency and also to time.
The Shotgun guys milk each rep going slow and heavy to really get it all from each rep. The amchine gun guys might use the same laod and do the same set but opposing the shotgun guys idea of doing 6-8 reps with a duration of about 8-10 seconds each, they do reps with a duration of 2 seconds or so and instead do 12-15 reps for the same number of sets, or higher.
Now, i have seen that this tracks because of a small routine called "Timed Sets" which basically says you can do reps as fast as a piston, like, 1 full rep per second (like when you try to do as many reps as you can doing pushups, racing someone or the clock and get a good pump) using really high loads and only focusing on the duration of the set, more than the duration of the rep, so they pile up time under tension as fatigue inducement to grow larger functional muscles. This can work for you too.
Perhaps the concept of jelquing is limited by how much force you put on each movement of milking, ech jelq, if you just squeeze lightly, and do it fast for a good stretch, but not strong, you can do 200, 300 or 500 jelqs, because you are putting half, a third or a quarter of the force you'd put on each single jelq on Christian's normal program, and also limiting the time under tension of each one, doing them fast and taking longer rests bewteen "sets".
Also, recovery is different. Some people's disadvantage may be that they can jelq more, but not much more, like, a guy may be able to jelq some 30 reps above the limit prescribed, and also put on a harder squeeze, not much harder though but he says "I'm not growing". That guy might get more benefits by simply doing not 1 session of, let's say, 100 reps on week 2, but 2 sessions of 75 reps, thus increasing by 50% the daily amount of jelqs, because the more frequent the stimulus, as long as within his capacity to recovery, the more obligated his body, his penis will be to grow.
Now, these variables are not rocket science and they ain't no exact science, but trust me, if we take on the muscle approach and consider a penis the same as any muscle, finding the right way to stimulate the tissue mechanically is paramount to get big.
And also, one thing you might consider is that sometimes, what we eat and drink is not helping us. I'd recommend any single man into jelquing to get a lean body mass index of 25 and if above, not bigger than 30 as long as bodyfat is 10%, means, you need to get big and ripped to shreds like a beach calendar male model or surfer boy, or the gymnastst as Beijing 08.
The reason for this is because if you stop taking fat and alcohol, and smoke less, you get improved circulatory and respiratory system conditions, means more blood, flowing better, and faster, to all areas, and more oxygenated. Also, a higher intake of protein and vitamins help to develop more etstosterone, the friendly hormone of male-tissue growth, so you end up looking good to please the ladies and also it helps the process of getting a bigger schlong.

One thing I'd say is that women have a shitty understanding of the metric scale or any scale whatsoever. Am on my 3rd day of 80 reps and it appears that I am up almost 1/2 inch. At least 1/4.
No "measured" change in girth.
I am most pleased in the changes in appearance while flaccid. It is longer and thicker. For that alone this is worth it.
I did measure the girth when I started (6") but I made one mistake. I only measured the center of the shaft which has not changed.
Although there has been no change there, that doesn't mean that there has not been any change in girth. I should have done a starting girth measurement for the head, and base as well as the center of the shaft.

I am assuming that you mean "impossible to keep my bone from retracting WHEN I tense"...
I think that in your case you are only supposed to flex enough so that there is equal tension to how hard you are pulling on it. I won't tell you to pull harder because it is possible to break it and I don't know how hard you are pulling now. I will say, pull it to the extent that you know that you have had a work out when you are done.
I can't hold mine the same way that is illustrated in the video (on the sides) or I think I would have the same problem. Instead, I use a soft towel and grab the whole head. I get better grip that way and can improve my pull. After each pull I release my grip so that I don't bruise the head (learned from experience).
I hope this method is Ok...

The tendon or string you refer to is the suspensory ligament which is normally enlarged in most penis enlargement surgery techniques, because if I were to describe it, it's like a rubber band which somehow limits the lenght to which your penis stretches. It's not about the number of jelqs that you do. It is about the amount of stress that you place on the penile tissue.
Try squeezing a little harder. Don't go crazy with the pressure or else you will injure yourself. And remember, experiencing pain means that you should ease up or take a break.

I appreciate the videos and the time you take to answer the questions. I am generally skeptical because penis size appeals to such a vulnerable part of the male psyche. But, I have been doing the exercises for 2 weeks just for fun and am enjoying the anticipation of possible growth. 1) There are no set growth patterns. But the fact that you have seen flacid grow speaks positive things to the possibility that you will very quickly see erect growth.
2) Yes, if you break up the milking and stretching to 2 different parts of the day because of the lotion issue, you shouldn't have a problem. Growth should be the same.
3) Yes
4) Just be as careful as you can about breaking blood vessels. Some people have blood vessels that break more easily. Iron can often help to prevent this. I'm sure you can also find other vitamin recommendations for this.

Be sure to read through the blogs before posting again. You Q's have been answered above.
1) I recommend that you wait for 2 years after your height (how tall you are) stops increasing before starting these exerises. That is usually when your penis has reached its full length.
2) yes, you continue doing the jelqing until you are a little larger than you want to be because you will probably shrink by a 1/4 inch or so once you stop.
3) Yes
4) No, the number of shakes do not increase in number.
5) I assume that you were having sex with girls about your age. Girls at that age are still so new to sex and self discovery they probably don't know what they "greatest sex they have ever had feels like".
And also, keep in mind that penis size has very little to do with good sex. Check out blog called: How to find the G-spot and Female Orgasm. Do those things and you are more likely to get the response you're looking for.

Yes, it wasn't a good plan to jelq for 25 minutes. But the penis is a tough little bugger, and I'm sure that it will recover. Using a cold press tends to reduce swelling. Using heat tends to help with the repair of damaged tissue. But doing nothing will also allow it to heal.
And if you do decide to try jelqing, make sure that you have recovered fully before you start. Because even though you won't loose any type of functionality, you also don't want to cause any additional loss of sensitivity in your penis.

In the cases where someone has had no results at all, I have noticed that they are doing the exercises either fully erect or less than half erect. But even when guys haven't seen much of an increase in length, they tend to increase in thickness. The first exercise is the one that is most helpful for that.

There really is no way of telling how much you will gain from these exercises. Some gain a lot and others nothing at all. But if you do the exercises exactly as I have described it you will probably end up with more than you have now; whether it's length, girth or both.

It does not matter what time of day you do the exercises. And there is no hard rule on how fast you do the strokes, but 2 to 3 seconds per stroke is probably an effective rate.

I don't remember how many reps I got up to. It is really not about the amount of reps. It is about getting the most out of the ones that you do. And I stopped increasing my reps when I reached my size goal. This would be different for everyone.
Perhaps you should ask other members what they are up to for a comparison.

@ramo: ---> q1) It doesn't actually matter where do you press your penis on - the key here is to make the PC muscle work and stretch the base of your penis. ---> q2) Then you'd probably have to wait longer to see the results. ---> q3) According to Christian's videos these exercises change your willy permanently. So if you trust him, you have to believe that your size won't return to normal after cancelling them. However, it was also said that you should make your penis a little bit bigger than you truly want, for it may decrease by 1/2 inch or sth around. Hence, you want to have 7 inches long, then train yourself up to 7,5 and then stop for good.
@for_all_boys_during_puberty: It's only your choice. Probably it'd much better for you to wait until you're fully developed (ie. when you're over 20). Anyway I've that Arab's start jelqing in their teens, so you're doing it only on your risk. Each penis is different, so you must find sth that fits you best.
@toms: some people have to exercise for more than year to see any increases.
@sean: If it doesn't hurt you it's probably completely fine. :)
@axel: A typical vaigna is usually less than 4 inches. So having longer penis than yours doesn't change anything for your partner. Penis size is mostly only a psychological issue for men.
@Phillip: do the kegel exercises first than come back to penis yoga and it should be fine

Hello my name is Fernando Rodriguez and I saw this exercise and I'm willing to try it. I have a few questions about this if you have the time to answer. I've been doing the milking exercise for about a week or two, and the two others for just a few days and I don't think I have felt that much pain really at all after any of the workouts. I have felt only minimal pain. Could this mean I'm not doing them correctly?
Also, whenever I do the milking exercise I start becoming more erect at which point I stop and flex the PC muscle to get it to go back down a little bit more quickly, then I continue milking; is this the right thing to do? and how hard should I be gripping while I'm doing the milking exercises? and finally should the pull/flex exercise be done when 3/4's erect as well?

I askeed this question earlier this year but never got any feed back.
What I wanted to know was is it okay to have sex a few hours after performing the exericese?
I'm not clear on weather or not that would off set any gains I may have gotten eariler.

Yours is a good question. The answer is I just don't know. I don't know enough about muscular dystophy. And I have a feeling that even if I knew a lot I still couldn't be sure.
I guess I would say this. If you are capable of building your stomach or thigh muscles jelqing may work for you. But honestly, I'm just guessing based on very limited information. Sorry.

interesting stuff you have posted here im on day 6 now. ive been looking for something like this for a while. im guessing a lot of men should be thanking you right now for posting something like this without asking for a credit card. i just have a few questions to ask though.
1 - on the second exercise, where you shake it, are you supposed to hold the base tightly or just loosely enough to be able to control how you shake it?
2 - on the third exercise, are you supposed to pinch the head or just below the head or what?
3 - i use vaseline petro jelly to lubricate. but by the third exercise, my penis is like a bar of soap i cant get a grip on it without squeezing so hard that it starts to hurt. but then by the time i wash it off my half erection is gone. so my question is is it alright to do these on different erections or should they all be done on the same halfy. i think itd be easier if i can do the first two before i go to bed and the third when i wake up
4 - would you advise against masturbating right after these exercises sometimes after im done i think "might as well".
5 - and finally, my erect length is about 6.25 inches. but the thing is im 6'2" and im very built muscularly so it seems (to me at least) like things are a bit out of proportion like someone with a built chest but skinny weak legs and it doesnt look like something that would turn a girl on from seeing it (i wouldnt know since im a not-until-marriage kind of guy). my goal is about 7.5 inches if i can get there. but the girl im planning on proposing to after i finish school is only 5'2". if i reach my goal and it turns out its too big for her, will the inside of her vagina eventually stretch and lengthen to accomodate it over time or is it not worth the risk? have you ever heard of vaginas changing size after repeated sex with a partner who's penis is significantly larger than her vagina?

1) do u think it is better after a long period of time to start from 40 jelqs and such or start off with 200

I would agree that everyone should watch all of the videos above more than once and then really ask yourself if you need to enlarge your penis. My guess is that the majority of people that try jelqing don't need to. And there is certainly a risk to your penis health if you try.
However most of that risk is due too not following the instructions exactly the way I've described them. I understand that some people get excited about enlarging their penis and they jelq with more strength and regularity than I recommend. But as I say in the video, this doesn't help you, it only hurts you.
So again I stress, you probably don't need a larger penis. You could absolutely hurt yourself if you try it. And the chances of hurting yourself goes up even more if you don't follow my instructions EXACTLY.

I was just wondering if these exercises and straighten a curved penis? i dont need to lengthen it but im really self concoius about the curve.... i have read about peyronies desease and all that and i know that it is all normal, but i still want a way to striaghten it.

I have a few worries to be honest. One of them is discoloration, and the other is the possibility of deforming my penis in anytway. Is this possible and if so how can I avoid it as much as possible? I really need to gain size down there for the sake of my confidence.
Also, any tips for not becoming fully erect whil,e jelqing? I've only been doing it for two days but this always happens.

i've just joined Rateabull, am a medical student and have my doubts about these techniques
so if you don't mind me asking, have you actually measured your erect penis before and after this exercise? and if so, how much growth was there?
flaccid penis enlargement says nothing really. it could just mean you damaged the tissue enough for it to not pull back to its original state.
was the 1.5 inch growth in an erect penis or in a flaccid penis? how much growth as an erect penis?

Yes, the only sizes that I mention are erect sizes. The flaccid size is the first to increase, but that isn't the size that i'm referring to.

been doing these exercised for just under 2 weeks- gained 1/2 an inch length and girth. Fantastic!
I've heard that you can expect greater gains at the beginning and after a few weeks the gains will slow down. How much truth do you hold in this? Looking at a few other sites on the web it's suggested that you need to start different type of exercises such as wrapping, hanging weights etc... these don't really sound like such safe options compared to the program you've provided... what do you think? i think i'll stick with this unless you have come across any good research while writing your book.
lastly- just want to thank you for being so open and helpful. I'm told by many of my female friends that i'm a quite attractive guy, but i have always lacked a lot of confidence with the ladies due to insecurities about my size. It' not something i'd ever want to bring up in front of people so i commend you on your bravery. thank you.

I have been doing these exercises for 3 months and have gained 1/2 to 3/4 an in. in length. I have been doing the exercises standing up and I'm wondering if I should do them sitting down. Also, did you do them sitting down?
Lastly, I would like you to include what position to do these exercises in your book.

I've been reading a lot of your site so far. It is very informational with lots of great advice. My question for you is, while I'm performing the "milking" technique i find it difficult to stay only partially (50%-75%) erect. I've been following the suggested methods for for this exercise for 6 days now. I intend to continue to work on enlarging for the next 6 months. I'm going to continue to read the comments posted on this page to look for any more advice on proper technique. If you have advice on how to remain partially erect i would very grateful. I understand you're very busy with the site and your book so no rush.

Not sure if this was mentioned but I believe that Protein might help along with this process as well. When exercising, our building muscle, our bodies need sufficient protein to develop and maintain that muscle. Protein is broken down into amino acids, then turned back into protein to produce and repair our muscles after our training session. Because amino acids can be burned by the body during exercise, especially aerobic exercise, it is important that we make the effort to supplement our muscles to help them repair faster and more efficiently. I'm not trying to hock any products I just thought i'd share some helpful info also I know that our penis are all muscle but I thought this might be worth a shot.
I just started the program this week measuring in at just about 6" and 4.5" wide. I'll keep you updated once i reach my final goal.

First, for the first exercise or jelqing, my foreskin rolls over the head of the penis as my hand goes over it without really touching it ,is this perfectly okay or does it hinder the effect?
and also for the third exercise when i grip the tip or head of the penis for 10 seconds and do that 20 times, I dont feel that push back that you talk about like when you clinching the muscle when your about to piss as you describe it. it just becomes unerect then I have to keep it erect constantly. I feel like im doing something wrong even when I try to hold it back and outward like you said?
Oh and lastly I think I have to put the warm or hot cloth/towel before doing the three exercises and after completing all three exercises correct?

I have done steps 1 & 2 only for about 2 months now and have yet to see any results. I'm wondering if step 3 is necessary and if there are any other ways to increase the speed of making it wider and longer

First question: You are correct.
Second question: You might need to be more erect. The pull back on the 3rd exercise is very important to success.
Third question: the warm towel is most important for the first and third exercise.

The sore feeling indicates growth. When that deminishes, so does your growth. And only do it once a day! Recovering is the other very important part of growth.

Pull the foreskin back is only important if you need a better grip for the third exercise. If you feel too sore the next day, then yes, resting is best. And remember if you feel pain, it is a bad thing.

just to clarify about how hard penis has to be while performing jelq exersize. u mentioned has to be 50-70%erect. when my penis is erect at that lenght it absolutely soft. i was reading about jelq exersize, watched couple videos, saw some pictures and it kinda seems dat its not really soft. it seems like it ment to be kinda hard, but still have some blood loose. it be great help if u clarify whether it ment to be absolutely soft or hard in da inner part of penis.

If for you, 100% erect is your penis pointing at 1 on a clock face, then 50% would be when your penis is pointing at 3:30 on a clock face.

So I am still wondering if this jelqing really works. I have been doing these steps for a few months and have not seen much of a difference at all. I have seen a slight change in girth, very slight, but no visible size in length. I am wondering which steps will effectively help increase length and if there are any additional things that can be done. If I am not misunderstood, jelqing is only step one of three, and the third step is mainly for length but it is rather difficult to do for some reason. I was wondering if there were alternatives that you have tried or heard about that were just as effective for penis length. I have read through this page already and did not see you mention any others so you may not know of any but if you come across a possible alternative method, please let me know.

Thanks for getting my book. No, you don't have to keep doing the execise to keep the size. It will shrink by about 1/4 inch once you stop so you should exceed your goal before you stop jelqing. That is discussed in the book.
As I mentioned in the book, masturbation doesn't effect the process.
And check the jelqing chapter in the book to get the answer for your second group of question concerning the third exercise.

And my 2nd question is this, i have been doing this exercise for 2 days now, and today and i saw a tiny bruise on the head of my penis, and i was kinda worried because on wikipedia i read that jelqing can do some nerve damage so what i wanna ask is, did you have this kinda thing when you were doing the exercises and should i stop doing it?
