How to Enlarge your Penis


Here is a topic that I wondered about for years. 'Is it possible to enlarge your penis?' Well, apparently the answer is yes.

Here's the thing, probably 95% of all men have thought about this. A crazy percentage of men feel insecure about the size of their penis, and it doesn't matter how large they are compared to other men. And if so many men think about it, why shouldn't we talk about it? If people talked about it when I was younger, it could have saved me a lot of anguish.  

So here goes. A few years ago I tried what's called jelqing and it worked, so I am going to be kind enough to share the information with the rest of the world. By the way, you're welcome.   :-)

I really don't know if you can get a way with doing just 1. What I do know is that doing all 3 works. I would think that all 3 are important for the full affect.

helo..^^.. thanks for the tips... but i still dont get bout the 3rd method.... do i have to hold the position and count for 10 second..? and do taht for 20 times...? and is it a-must.. that have to warm up using warm clothes...?

That is correct, hold for 10 sec. and do it 20 times. And I don't think that I did the towel part, so no you don't have to do it, but you might get even better results if you do... MIGHT!

Cristian ive read other things like what your videos say to do and there are people who say that this doesnt work. my question is, you did do this and still are? what lenght are you at now and how long since you first began.

I did do it, but stopped a long time ago. I did it for about 2 or 3 months and you can check out vlog 3 for the details.

I have also seen things that say that it doesn't work. That's why I posted this. I figure that there are a lot of guys curious about it and either people are saying that it doesn't work without trying it, or it only works for some people. Either way, guys should know that it works quite well, at least for some people.

Clearly I have nothing to gain by saying either way. And probably have more to loose by talking about it at all. :-)

So Cristian, you do these 3 steps every day? the thing im not getting is, when you said do the first step days 6-10 80 times, you also said take the 7th day off. Should we not do that 7th day for all? or for only the 3rd part?

Hey Brian,
You do all three of the exercises 6 days a week and count each day you actually do the exercise as one.

So let's say that you started on a Monday and took Sundays off (doing none of the exercises). Day 7 would be on the following Monday since you took Sunday off.

Yeah, it increased in length and girth. I remember the first time I really noticed that there was a difference in weight and girth. It was sort of laying in my hand and I thought "I have held this thing for 15 years where it felt exactly the same. And now I don't really recognize the feeling of this thing in my hand." And this was after feeling years of insecurity about my size. Psycologically, it felt really good! :-)

If I could help other people feel better about themselves by sharing my experiences, it becomes really hard for me to pass up on that opporunity just because it might be a little embarassing for me. What can I say... :-)

I donnow feel insecure asswel girlfriend is prob used to more...
I don't know what it is... it just seems i don't feel so much? It just wont go to a 100% erection...

Its like 6 inches i gues... but that was a time ago... it just wont get hard anymore...

The last practice is about the muscle what sends the blood to your penis right? maybe i should just train that one... it feels like my body doesnt send enough blood to my penis...

Donnow why but it is kinda frustrating... If you have to stop like 4 times during sex to get it erected again... Girl doesnt like it asswel?

Maybe someone has some experience about this...?

hey again, think of all the people who have surgery when they proberly havent tried this! im glad you did the science side of it aswell because i wouldnt try it otherwise. i was woundering how much girth you gained from it approximately and did the girth come with the first half an inch you gained in lenth...or did the girth come later on after however months??

Hey Cristian, for every exercise does it have to be erect??? What if it wasn't before and it erected halfway through any of the exercises??? And could you describe how hard you have to squeeze it during the 1st exercise???

Hi James,
If anything the first (squeezing) exercise would help. But what I really recommend is figuring out if you need testosterone replacement. At different ages our testerone starts to lower and it becomes hard to keep erections. I had that experience.

There are websites that list the symptoms of low testosterone. If you have those symptoms then look into trying the supplement DHEA. It will work for about 3 months if you take an effective dosage (about 50mg or 100mg). After that your body will start to adjust and you will need an estrogen blocker to keep the effects. My favorite estrogen blocker is Super Miraforte.

If you don't have the symptoms of low testerone, then the squeezing exercise might help.

Honestly, I don't know how much girth I gained. The first excercise seems to do more for girth. And the third seemed to address length. And if you are doing both, I image that you will grow proportionately. I look proportionately bigger. I didn't really measure my girth so I don't know how much I gained. Sorry.

Yeah, it's too bad about the surgery patients, because I hear that you really don't gain that much with surgery. Of course, I your body doesn't respond to this and the insecurity is killing you, then you don't have a lot of options.

Hi Peters,
You should definitely not do the exersizes erect. You might do damage and it will be ineffective. It is quite normal to end up hard after doing a few of the exercises, and it has little to do with sexually stimulating yourself. It is more about getting more blood circulating within your penis.

So if you become erect you should just stop, think non-sexy thoughts, and when you soften, you continue.

I'm not quite sure how to describe being half to three quarters erect. I guess you should still be able to stretch your penis a bit. If it is so hard that when you pull it, it doesn't get any longer, then you are too hard.

And when it comes to how hard to squeeze, I used to squeeze it just enough so that it didn't hurt. The one thing that you have to worry about is squeezing so hard that you break a lot of blood vessels in your penis. You want to stretch the blood vessels without breaking too many of them.

Hey Pedro,
I didn't really do anything for maintenance. There is a little shrinkage after you stop, so you want to keep going until you pass your goal. I honestly don't know how much I lost after I stopped. It was very little though. Probably somewhere around a eigth of an inch.

Hi Peters,
It did make me last longer. That was due to the loss of some sensitivity. And I think it made me harder during the time period that I did the exercises, and probably for a short time afterwards (I don't remember for sure though).

But it would definitely not have an effect on ejaculate. Those are 2 different biological mechanisms.

Hi Cristian,

Thanks for the tips will search the internet for these things and maybe i am going to ask my doctor. Because i am not quite on age...

18 years old I am and I think it is not normal on that kind of age to have problems with ur body. But everyone is different. I am going to try everything.

Thought te squeezing was good because u train ur muscles that will send the blood to your penis. Maybe my body just doesn't send enough of it.

Hi Rames,
Yes, talking to your doctor might be a good idea. The odds are low that your problem is due to low testosterone at age 17. But your erection is like a dip stick on the state of your overall health. If you are having certain health issues, the first thing to go will be your erection.

Keep in mind that your problem might also be psychological. Or you just might not be attracted to your girlfriend... or you might be feeling performance anxiety. I have forgotten the statistic, but somewhere around half of all men have erection issues when having sex with a new partner for the first time.

In any case having a chat with your doctor is a good idea.

I forgot to mention that I think that you are not clear on the way that you get an erection. Our brain doesn't send more blood to the penis. What happens is that our body releases a chemical (Nitric Oxide... or something similiar) to muscle that normally limits the blood flow to our penis. And that chemical relaxes that muscle and as the muscle relaxes it allows more blood to flow into the penis.

If you are having problems with getting an erection it is because of the lack of that chemical or something blocking the main blood vessel that supplies the penis. It is not a matter of your body sending more blood to your penis. It is about your muscles (and mind) relaxing enough to have an erection. :-)

Hi Brian,
The third exercise is the stretching exercise. That is the one that makes your penis longer.

I'm not sure how I could describe it any better than my wonderful balloon demonstration. :-) Do it as described and pull the head of your penis away from your body when you do it and you should be doing it correctly.

Yep, women really enjoy foreplay. And for those who are wondering about the G-Spot, Alex described its location well.

You will only be able to find it when she is arroused, and it will feel like a rough bump on the inside wall of her vagina, on the wall that is closest to her stomach. It would be about an inch to an inch and a half inside her vagina.

Keep in mind that every woman is different and every woman will respond differently. Some may not like it because it is very sensitive and others might like getting it stimulated.

Remember that just like you might not like the same things as her last boyfriend, she is not the same as any other girl. You have to find out what she likes and go from there. And if she doesn't know what she likes, take the time to explore it with her.

With her permission to try different stuff ask her if she likes it, and then try something else. After you've tried a couple of things, ask her what she liked best.

I'm actually not sure. I think it was about 2. And I guess your next question is 'what is it now after the jelqing?' It's about 3.5.

That is the growth that I like the most, because people only see your erection during sex. But the flaccid state is on display a little more often. I used to feel bad about myself every morning when it was even smaller. But not anymore! :-)

P.S. What's your feedback on the Bull Search Bar?

Hi Kevin,
It will probably help premature ejaculation, but only because it makes your penis a little less sensitive. So if you're ok with that, then it will help. The excerise that seemed to do it was the squeezing exercise.

And about the stretching exercise, I'm circumsized so the only problem I had was with the lotion from the first exercise. So what I did was use a tissue or hand cloth to stop my fingers from slipping off. Otherwise you just have to really grip tightly.

Can you please tell me, what can I do to last long? sometimes I last so long that my wife actually have orgasn two times, sometimes I come so early that it's just 2-3 strokes. It's toot to quick. I don't know why my system is behaving like this. Is it related to mentle status, happiness or depression or is it physical? if you can enlighen me on this, it would be a great help. Thanks

Hi Greg,
It would be impossible to guess why you might be having the symptoms that you are. But I think that you can safely assume that if you are having orgasms at all, the plumbing isn't the issue.

However, if you are having depression, or if you're manic, it could easily describe your symptoms. But it could just as easily be the amount of foreplay that you experience.

When it comes to lasting longer, the only thing that I have ever heard of that can help involves removing some of the sensitivity of your penis. The squeezing exercise would do that, but because you sometimes have a problem orgasming, then I wouldn't recommend it.

Ultimately, if you are have sexual issues, I highly recommend seeing a sex therapist. I've been to a sexual therapist, it's not that big of a deal and it really helps.

You don't have to ever wonder again whether or not you can satisfy a woman with 5.5 inches. You ABSOLUTELY can!

Yes, the size of the woman will determine how full she feels by your penis. But when you ask about pleasuring a woman, you have to keep in mind that the size of your penis has little to do with pleasuring a woman.

For example, did you know that a large percentage of women don't experience an orgasm during intercourse? In those cases oral sex on a woman is much more important.

Go back and read what I wrote in the reply to Alex's comment. You might find it helpful if you're trying to figure out how to pleasure a woman.

thanks that really helped, but yeah i just found your site like last week, but one last thing i was wondering if by after the first month, i tried doing the excersies by around 350-400 jelqs a day? i was wondering if that can cause injury or just an increase in effieceny? and what is the maximum jelqs one can do in one day?
i have done these excersises before but i noticed i was doing it erected and thats why no signs showed i amc urrently doing it slow, about 5seconds a jelq and another thing, have you ever heard the teqchinque ballooning, or keeping your ejacualtion in or sumthin, i was wondering if that also helps but yeah this site shows really great information thankss :)

not to question you or anything, i think that the jelq does all the technique cause i did the stretchin excersises, taking the head of the penis and straetching it for 10 seconds, left right up down, for 5 times, 25 reps for 8months and it didnt do anything only a quarter of an inch! but these jelqs ive been doing, i only done your jelqs for a 2weeks and i alredy gained almost half an inch

It's great to hear that it's working for you! How good does that feel?!

About the stretching not working... I can only share with you my experiences. And they are that my penis was longer after I stretched it. So the first time that I stretched it, it didn't stretch as far as the last stretch of the session on the same day.

Perhaps it was the combination of exercise 1 and 3 that helped. Perhaps exercise 3 didn't help at all. But it sure did seem to help.

If you are getting great results doing only one of the exercises then that's great! But I can only talk from my experiences, and that is of doing all 3 exercises.

Hi John,
Think of the jelping like running. It is better to slowly increase the distance that you run. If one day, without training, you tried to run a marathon, odds are that you would hurt or tear something. It is the same thing with jelqing.

Work your way up slowly. The reason why you increase your jelqs is because you are creating micro tears inside of your penis and your penis is healing itself in such a way that if the same pressure is applied it won't tear again. Because of this you have to increase the jelqs you do, to force your penis to again grow.

You want the tears to be just small enough that your body can heal itself in such a way that will better handle the stress the next time. This is what causes it to get bigger.

If you increase the jelqs to quickly, it means that you are creating larger tears, and in this case your body may or may not heal larger. It is possible that scar tissue will develop and start to cause bad things to happen with your penis.

Be patient and follow the regiment as described. Slow and steady wins the race.

I hadn't heard of balloon until you mentioned it. I looked it up and it seems that the science behind it is questionable at best. There is a similiar exercise where you stop and start your pee stream. That strengthens your PC muscles and better controls when you ejaculate, but it has absolutely nothing to do with enlarging your penis.

The best description that I can give for exercise 3 is the one that I gave in the video. With one of your hands you pinch the head of the penis and pull away from your body. Yes, it kind of hurt me to. Because of the lotion used in exercise 1 I had to grip very tightly. If it REALLY hurts, then ease up on the pressure. This is not a part of your body you want to injure. :-)

Hi Mike,
If you are so sore that you don't want anyone or thing to touch your penis, then you are doing something wrong. :-)

Perhaps the best analogy would be if you have ever had a really long sex or maturbation session. Afterwards your penis just needs a rest, but it's usually not sore to the touch.

And as I remember, I was too sore to "finish myself off" once the exercises were done. :-)

Thanks for your suggestions. I have just started doing these exercises. I have some questions and it would be great if you could reply.
1. while jelqing, exercise 1, you suggested 40 reps, what should I do, if my penis become flaccid (1/4 erected) during the exercize?
2. if it hurt during jelqing or can i give some rest or should I finish 40 reps in a go?
3. Is there any time when I should not do it, like just after sex, or just before sex? Is there any prefered time to do these ex.?
4. after 5 days i should increase reps for exercize 1 only or for all 3 of them?

I will keep you updated with my results.

Hey Cristian, could you explain how long between each jelq we have to wait before the next??? Also, if we do the stretching exercise can you use the milking position for your thumb and index finger and pull just beneath the head??? How long do we need to rest between each stretch too???

Hi Greg,
1. You must get back to 1/2 or 3/4 erect before you continue from the number that you stopped at.
2. You should finish the 40, don't squeeze as hard for the rest. Generally speaking if it is really hurting, then you are doing it too hard.
3. No preferred time.
4. The only one that increases in amount is the first one.

Hi Peters,
The jelqing strokes should be continuous. As soon as your left hand comes off the head of your penis, your right hand should be on the base.

I think that both stretching exercises would be equally affective.

You can rest anywhere from 3 seconds to 20 seconds. But in this case less is more.

I have never felt compelled to write to anyone at all before based on something I read or saw from the web. However. after watching your videos and the way you approached such a taboo subject, I had to write this!
I would like to thank you and congratulate you for such a humble and mature attitude and for taking the time to do this for others!
I too am tall (6'2) white (not so stereo typed as you! lol) and have similar penile dimensions, the same experiences and thoughts as you had about yourself! (Lets face it, us men put the pressure upon ourselves based on our perception we think 'others' think of us or society has put on us!)

Although having sexual experiences with many many women over my years (im 40) reasonably decent looking and truly knowing how to please a women in ALL other areas (emotionally, physically - Oral, G-spot, tactile etc etc) I have for most of my life felt this way about myself and have felt a prisoner of my own thoughts, thus creating many years of personal heartache! Until a man experiences these feelings, he truly cannot comprehend the damage it can do to oneself psychologically!
Swimming trunks, shower rooms, anything really, all create the demon in your head! You avoid ALL situations that could compromise yourself! I know I have and missed out on many things over my life making excuses why I didnt want to do it!

For me personally, it has now become so overwhelming that I actually avoid intercourse now and its really screwing up my intimate relationships and thus creating a great deal of personal anxiety! So much to say that I now experience erectile disfunction! I KNOW this is all due to my mind and my opinion of myself!
What REALLY destroys me is I KNOW its ALL in my mind and am intelligent enough to know that! But no matter how much I tell myself this, it just doesnt work anymore!

The only advantage of this is I have always been a very considerate lover and women have always very satisfied! I have for many years forsaken my own pleasure and spent hour upon hour upon hour concentrating on satisfying and pleasing the women I was with! So as long as they are happy I am happy!
Well, I thought I was happy until recently! Now I realise I have denied myself SO MUCH pleasure over the years as when I had sex, I was ALWAYS constantly thinking "Is she happy, Is she enjoying it? Can she feel me?"
So much that I couldnt experience pleasure for me, until at least she had had an orgasm!
Eventually, you get yourself so worked up about it that you lose an erection during sex and start making excuses like "im concerned you might get pregnant" blah)
as the downside is ive made such a great job of getting them worked up that they are so wet and ready that I cant feel as much inside them as I would like to and wonder if they can feel me too? At my age a lot of my partners have had children and thus slightly larger inside as they were before childbirth!

Its pathetic that if I was an inch or two bigger when flacid, I would so easily and comfortably walk around naked infront of a new partner or wear tighter fitting trunks on the beach and feel so TOTALLY differnt about myself!

ONE INCH! Just one silly inch bigger erect would also allow me to make love more confidently!

I guess reaching 40, a little overweight, some grey hairs and a lot of other personal issues on the peripheral have brought me to this, so, I am going to try the technique and shall let you all know how it goes!

Its a pity men dont all have such a mature attitude to themselves as you do and actually did talk about this issue as im sure its not women who give us these hang ups, its ourselves judging ourselves against other men (seeing porn films etc) as we are natuarally competitive and dont want to feel inferior! Thanks for your reply Cristian, felt somewhat raw after writing that but equally a release! I watched your other vlogs after I had posted that message and was equally impressed and also moved by them! To see week after week progress in just 30 minutes was quite a journey! If you are everything you say you are (and I have no reason to doubt that as yet) I really do take my hat off to you my friend!
I wonder, is there a reason why you have stopped posting them?

Hi Cristian it's me again. I really have to ask this, cos' for the first time that I'm doing these exercises that I actually saw my blood vessels burst when I was doing the jelqing exercise! I could see a dark blue-black patch on my penis and I immediately totally diserected... I'm afraid that that might mean I'm doing something wrong! I continued with the exercises but while 80% in the flaccid state... Was it because of something psychological at that time that caused me to diserect or is that supposed to happen??? I managed to get erect after the whole exercise so I'm really hoping you could tell me if that is what's supposed to happen... Cos' I'm stopping the exercises for the moment unless I'm sure that's supposed to happen! Thanks a lot again!

No, bruising like that isn't supposed to happen. I think the clear next step is to stop... at very least until you heal. I'm wondering, are you prone to bruising? Either way, you don't have worry too much. I'm sure you'll heal fine. But perhaps you're squeezing too hard. If you are feeling, pain then you are doing something to hard.

what was the maximum jelqs and stretches you were doing? cuz im planning on gaining an inch atleast

Hi John,
I don't actually know what my maximum amount of jelqs were, but it would be the natural progression after jelqing after 3 months.

But gaining an inch in 3 to 4 months seems to be a realistic goal. You might however need to be little more erect than that. And the reason is because you don't create enough of a pressure within your penis. Try to stay within 50% to 75% erect.

Hi Cristian, it's not really a bruising but the vessel bursting... I think its the blood and not bruising... How do you tell if the jelqing is working??? Like can you see your vessels tearing or something, just like what happened to me??? I'm already into 160 jelqs a day, but I can't tell any difference in size...

Hi Peters,
The only way you can tell if it's working is if you are getting larger. I really recommend that you stop until you heal. You really should let your body heal so that you don't cause permanent injury. After it heals then you can consider starting again. If you don't wait for it to heal the jelqing you are doing will have no effect at all.

Yes, 6 days a week without a break. I don't think that you will have a problem if you do the stretching exercise a day less during those 6 days. 2 might even be fine. But I really suggest that you rest until you heal.

There is no way of telling how long it will take to make your goal. It could take a month or 2... or maybe even longer. I wish I could be more helpful. I don't think that your height or race has much to do with the results of your exercises.

You're really ok either way. But usually when the scientists measure, they are measuring on the top without pushing the ruler to the bone. You have to measure the visible area along the top of the penis.

Do you mean that you are doing 250 - 300 jelqs? You only have to do 20 stretches and you never increase past 20.

You have to do all of the jelqs at once. The point is to put an increasing amount of stess on your penis.
